1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the UY Credit Cards website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

UY Credit Cards provides credit and debit card customization services. We transform your existing bank cards with custom designs, materials, and finishes. Our services include:

• Custom card design and personalization
• Material upgrades (stainless steel, titanium, gold-plated, etc.)
• Secure shipping and handling of your cards
• Quality assurance and card testing

3. Card Ownership & Authorization

By using our services, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are the authorized cardholder of the card(s) submitted for customization
• You have the legal right to modify the appearance of your card
• The card is issued in your name or you have written authorization from the cardholder
• You understand that physical modification of the card is permanent

Important: Some banks may have policies regarding physical card modifications. We recommend checking with your card issuer before proceeding. UY Credit Cards is not responsible for any issues arising from bank policies regarding modified cards.

4. Order Process

4.1 Placing an Order

1. Design your card using our configurator
2. Complete checkout and payment
3. Receive a shipping box with prepaid return label
4. Send us your card securely
5. We customize your card (5-7 business days)
6. Receive your transformed card

4.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee availability or pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required in full before we process your card
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• VAT (5%) is included where applicable

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Signature may be required for delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

7. Card Handling & Security

We take the security of your card seriously:

• Cards are handled in a secure, monitored facility
• We maintain chain of custody documentation
• Cards are insured during the customization process
• We do not store complete card numbers or CVV codes
• Your card chip and magnetic stripe functionality are preserved

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UY Credit Cards shall not be liable for:

• Card rejection by banks or merchants due to physical modification
• Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
• Loss of use of your card during the customization period
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service

8.2 Card Functionality

While we take every precaution to preserve card functionality, we cannot guarantee that all card readers, ATMs, or payment terminals will accept a physically modified card. Some contactless payment features may be affected depending on the material chosen.

9. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information. In summary:

• Full refund if cancelled before shipping your card to us
• No refund once customization has begun
• Replacement or partial refund for manufacturing defects
• No refund for change of mind or bank policy issues

10. Intellectual Property

• All website content is owned by UY Credit Cards
• You may not use our trademarks without permission
• Designs you create using our tools remain your property
• By uploading designs, you grant us license to use them for your order
• You must have rights to any images or designs you upload

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit cards that do not belong to you
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use our services to facilitate fraud

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
